Bruschetta with raw ham

Presentation
Hello! Today I'm taking you to the heart of Northern Italy with an irresistible classic: bruschetta with prosciutto. Imagine: crusty bread, garlic, olive oil, and the sweet flavor of prosciutto. It's a simple and delicious recipe, perfect for a home-cooked appetizer, but they're so good that when I make them, I eat them all. Get ready for an explosion of flavor, super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of homemade bread (I love Tuscan bread)
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil to taste
- 150g of raw ham
Preparation:

1 Cut the bread into slices about 2 centimeters thick and 2 Toast them on a griddle over medium heat. 3 Turn the bread slices occasionally until they reach the desired level of toasting.

4 Rub an unpeeled clove of garlic over the surface of the bruschetta, 5 then drizzle with olive oil and finally 6 add the prosciutto. Amazing... as simple as it is delicious.
Advise
- Brown at least one side well : this way you can rub the garlic well on the surface.
- Filling : I made it as is customary in our area, but of course you can give free rein to your imagination.
